Location: This school is located in Colonia La Colmena behind the gas station on the Guaybitos side of La Penita.

Current Project: When the rains come the children cannot get to the bathroom without wading through almost a foot of water.  There is only the one bathroom which has inadequate privacy so they need a second.

Cost of raising the grade on about half of the playground:  6,800 pesos

Cost of the new bathroom:  29,000 pesos                                                        Total cost for both:  43,000 pesos

November 20, 2009 — Government invests 10 or 20 times as much as we did

May 30, 2009 — project completed

May 5, 2009 — work commenced

April 23, 2009 — Parents announce that they are ready to commence and they have the 20% funding ready.

March 17, 2009 — the project places first in the priority voting.
