El Rodeo is the place for Las Tres Amigas’ Louise Lamour Wild West theme!
Hey, all you cowboys and cowgirls roamin’ around out there, we’re invitin’ y’all to haul out your denims, dust off your chaps, and head on down to the corral at El Rodeo Restaurant in Guaybitos for a “WILD WEST NIGHT” on Wednesday February 17th starting at 5:30. Our man Rocky is gonna rustle up some great ranch style food outta his chuckwagon for y’all to tuck into. Things like ribs and beans and bread. Yummmm. And, he’s gonna throw in a complimentary beer or margarita to wet your whistle after your long day on the dusty trail.
Speakin’ of trails, you’ll be helping all the CONALEP kids in the Los Amigos de Jaltemba Scholarship Program stay on their trails toward higher education and community leadership. Hard to believe you can do all’a that for a mere $ 250 pesos. That’s the minimum donation you can make, but they sure won’t object to you buyin’ some raffle tickets when you get there. Every peso of profit goes to those kids.
So, saddle on up, and mosey on down later this week to the market in Guayabitos or La Penita and git your tickets from these stalls: Jeanie at Hidden Paradise Real Estate, or Rick at Re/Max Jaltemba Bay Realty. Or next time you’re out ridin’, stop into Chasite Coffee Shop to pick one up. If your horse is lame, but you use that new-fangled Internet stuff, then just drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Round up your friends and make a night of it. Rumour has it, the music will keep you ‘Buzz’-in’ all night!
Tickets are 250 pesos donation per person . Available from El Rodeo; Rick Helberg and Chantal Camire at ReMax Thursday Tianguis; Jeannie Mitzmeyer a Hidden Paradise Realty Thursday Tianguis; Chasite Cafe and directly from Las Tres Amigas.
