Writers Who Love Mexico

A writers group called Writers Who Love Mexico was founded in December of 2010 with the objective of helping authors create and promote their books.

At the first meeting of the group held at the gallery of Xaltemba Restaurant and Galeria about a dozen writers and would be writers gathered to hear David Easby read from his book entitled They Tore Down the Russel Hotel and Susan Cobb read from her Virgin Territory.

The group decided to constitute themselves under some broad guidelines and objectives. If you would like to be on the mailing list contact Eddie at the Xaltemba Gallery (eddie@xaltemba.com). The group is open to all writers.

Four published authors and several authors with books well under way attended the first meeting. One historical novel yet to be published has had 12 years of research invested focusing on the time of Maximilian.
