Jamie’s Board on Rincon de Guayabitos

I’m afraid this may be the time to advise you all that, since operating this Board for 8 or more years now, that it may be time to consider closure of both this Board and the Annex One Board. I will be coming to a decision regarding these actions in the next 4 – 6 weeeks timespan.

During this year I have had several serious medical problems which may mean a prioritizing of my lifestyle even further than what it is now which may not allow me the time to spend on these projects. I have an upcoming appointment in 3 weeks to see if I may be a suitable organ transplant recipient and then the wait to see if one becomes available ( should I make the list ). It appears that other treatments would be uneffective at this point.

So this may decide whether this Board and the Annex stay open, what amount of time I have to spend on them and keeping a high standard of service to those new to Guayabitos.

It has been a pleasure making several amigo’s from all over Norte America, doing charitable work, being involved with the Margarita Annual Challenge and so much more.

With this in mind I will still accept applications to the Annex One Board under the terms outlined and your membership shall still remain at $ 10/yr for a full year no matter what happens.

My apologies for not spending more time on the Board but besides my health it is also summer with chores to complete.
